01 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AudEsto (the “Service”), provided under Tool Chunks, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
AudEsto provides website auditing, technical SEO analysis, performance observations, structured data checks, and white-label reporting functionality. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not access or use the Service.
02 What AudEsto Provides
AudEsto is intended to simplify website analysis by bringing multiple SEO observations into an accessible audit workflow. Depending on the features available to you, the Service may analyze publicly accessible website information and present findings related to areas such as technical SEO, on-page elements, performance, structured data, and other website signals.

Features may change, improve, or be discontinued as AudEsto evolves. The availability of a specific feature is not guaranteed unless expressly stated by Tool Chunks.
03 Permitted Use & Fair Usage
AudEsto is designed for legitimate website analysis, SEO research, optimization workflows, and client reporting. You agree to use the Service responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws.
You agree not to:
- Use automated scripts, bots, or other mechanisms to bypass daily rate limits or intentionally overload AudEsto infrastructure.
- Attempt denial-of-service attacks, abuse, or other activity intended to disrupt the Service.
- Submit malicious URLs, localhost endpoints, private internal network addresses, SSRF targets, or URLs designed to exploit the auditing infrastructure.
- Use AudEsto to analyze or distribute unlawful content.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, compromise, circumvent, or interfere with security controls protecting the Service.
- Resell access to the underlying scanning infrastructure or raw scanning API without prior authorization.
04 White-Label Reports & Intellectual Property
AudEsto supports workflows where agencies and SEO professionals may want to present website audit findings under their own business identity. This includes the use of permitted logos, trademarks, names, and other branding assets supplied by you.
You retain ownership of agency logos, trademarks, and custom brand assets that you upload to generate white-label PDF reports. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights to use any branding or third-party material submitted to the Service.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of your intellectual property to Tool Chunks. Likewise, the AudEsto software, interface, underlying systems, branding, and technology remain the property of their respective owners and licensors.
05 User Responsibilities
You are responsible for the URLs, information, branding assets, and other materials you submit through AudEsto. You should not submit information that you are not authorized to use or process.
When using AudEsto for client work, you are also responsible for communicating audit findings accurately. An SEO audit identifies potential technical and optimization opportunities; it does not constitute a guarantee that every recommendation will improve search visibility.
06 Audit Accuracy & Search Engine Changes
AudEsto compiles diagnostic observations using publicly accessible website data, technical checks, established SEO practices, and other available signals.
Website environments can change between audits. Pages may be dynamically generated, blocked from crawlers, modified after analysis, or affected by third-party systems. Consequently, audit results should be interpreted as a point-in-time assessment rather than an absolute representation of a website.
Search engines and AI-powered discovery systems also change their algorithms, ranking systems, documentation, and technical requirements. For that reason, AudEsto does not guarantee particular rankings, traffic levels, indexing outcomes, conversions, or other commercial results.
07 Service Availability
We aim to keep AudEsto available and reliable, but continuous, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. The Service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, infrastructure changes, security measures, third-party dependencies, technical failures, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We may also introduce, modify, restrict, or remove features as the product develops.
08 Disclaimer of Warranties
AudEsto and its audit results are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Audit observations and recommendations are intended to provide useful SEO and website analysis guidance. They should not be interpreted as guarantees of search engine rankings, indexing, traffic growth, revenue, leads, or other business outcomes.
You remain responsible for deciding which recommendations to implement and for validating changes within your own website, business, and technical environment.
09 Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service periodically to reflect changes to AudEsto, legal requirements, security practices, or the way the Service operates.
When material changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of AudEsto after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
