Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or utilizing AudEsto (the "Service"), provided under Tool Chunks, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not access the platform.

2. Description of Service

AudEsto provides an automated website and single-page SEO/AEO audit engine covering technical, on-page, schema, semantic, and performance signals, plus a set of standalone free utilities (Meta Tags Generator, Open Graph Tester, Heading Tags SEO Checker, Semantic Content Analysis Tool, Google Docs Word Counter, and Bulk Dofollow, Page Index, Domain Age, Domain IP, and Orphan Page checkers). Full audits support white-label PDF export under your own branding.

3. Use of Free SEO Utilities

The standalone utilities are provided at no cost, with no account required, subject to the same acceptable-use rules as the full audit engine. You agree to use them only against domains you own or have authorization to analyze, and not to script bulk automated traffic against them beyond the published daily limits.

4. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to use AudEsto. Account registration is free and handled entirely via Google Sign-In. It is optional for single page audits and the standalone utilities, and required for Sitewide (entire website) audits; you're responsible for the accuracy of the information tied to that account and for any activity that occurs under it.

5. Permitted Use & Fair Usage

AudEsto is provided to facilitate technical website analysis, performance evaluation, schema verification, and white-label client presentation generation. You agree not to:

• Use automated scripts or bots to bypass daily rate limits, defeat reCAPTCHA, or initiate denial-of-service attempts against our infrastructure or any target domain.
• Input malicious URLs, localhost endpoints, private internal network addresses (SSRF targets), or URLs containing illegal content.
• Resell access to the raw scanning API, or the free utilities, without prior authorization.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the underlying scoring logic or crawler infrastructure.

6. How Credits Work & Usage Limits

AudEsto is metered by a centralized credit system with independent daily allowances per tool - not one pool shared across everything. Every user - whether browsing as a guest or signed in with a free account - gets these free allowances, resetting daily at midnight Pacific Time:

• The audit engine (single-page and entire-website audits together) has its own 150 free credits every 24 hours. A Single Page audit costs 5 credits; an Entire Website audit costs 10 credits. Audits also carry a separate daily allowance on top of the credit cost - up to 10 audits/day as a guest, or 15 audits/day once you've registered a free account - whichever of the two limits (credits or audit count) is reached first will pause further free audits until the next reset. Entire Website (sitewide) audits require a free registered account and are limited to 5 per day within that allowance; each one crawls up to 500 pages in the background and its progress is shown live on the My Reports page.
• Each individual free utility (Meta Tags Generator, Open Graph Tester, Heading Tags SEO Checker, Semantic Content Analysis Tool, Google Docs Word Counter, and the Bulk Dofollow, Page Index, Domain Age, Domain IP, and Orphan Page checkers) has its own separate 10 free credits every 24 hours, at 1 credit per check. Using up one tool's allowance has no effect on any other tool's, or on the audit engine's.

We may in the future make additional credits available for purchase to registered accounts, usable across any tool with no daily cap or expiry; no such purchase option exists today, and nothing on the Service currently requires payment. We may adjust these credit costs, daily allowances, or reset windows at any time to protect service availability, and reserve the right to suspend access for accounts or IP addresses that repeatedly attempt to circumvent them.

7. Credit Refunds & No Cash Value

Free credits are never refundable. The daily free credits and audit allowances described in Section 6, and any promotional or bonus allowance, are provided free of charge. Because nothing was paid for them:

• They have no cash or monetary value and can't be refunded, exchanged for money, sold, or transferred to another person or account.
• Unused free credits don't roll over. Each allowance resets at midnight Pacific Time, and anything left over simply expires.
• Credits are used when a check or audit starts. They are not restored if it fails, is stopped, times out, is blocked by the target website, or returns results you didn't expect. Your allowance resets the next day as usual.
• We may change, reduce, or withdraw free allowances and promotions at any time (see Section 6), and no compensation is owed when we do.

8. Reports: Ownership & Storage

You own the content of any PDF report you export and may distribute it to your prospective clients and existing customers without restriction. AudEsto separately retains an operational copy of each generated report on our infrastructure - identified by a secure UUID - purely to power the My Reports and re-audit features, for the retention periods described in our Privacy Policy (24 hours for guest reports, up to 30 days for signed-in reports).

9. Report Deletion

Reports expire and are permanently deleted automatically at the end of their retention window. You may request earlier deletion of a specific report or your full report history at any time via our Contact Page; once deleted, report data cannot be recovered.

10. reCAPTCHA & Abuse Prevention

Audit, utility, and contact-form submissions are gated by Google reCAPTCHA. By using AudEsto, you agree to complete these human-verification challenges when presented and not to attempt to automate, spoof, or otherwise bypass them. Use of reCAPTCHA is also subject to Google's own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

11. White-Label Reports & Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of any agency logos, trademarks, and custom brand assets you upload to generate white-label PDF reports. AudEsto and Tool Chunks retain all rights to the underlying platform, scoring methodology, and software.

12. Accuracy of Results; Disclaimer of Warranties

AudEsto compiles diagnostic observations based on publicly accessible web data, established Lighthouse and SEO/AEO best practices, and heuristic scoring. Search engine ranking algorithms and AI indexing systems update frequently; consequently, audit scores and recommendations are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, and without guarantees of specific commercial, ranking, or indexing outcomes.

13. Security & Your Responsibilities

We apply industry-standard protections described in our Privacy Policy, including HTTPS/TLS encryption, SSRF-hardened crawling, and rate limiting. You're responsible for keeping any account credentials confidential and for promptly reporting suspected vulnerabilities or abuse to us via the Contact Page rather than exploiting them.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AudEsto and Tool Chunks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of revenue, rankings, traffic, or data, arising from your use of - or inability to use - the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months (which, for the free tier, is zero).

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AudEsto, Tool Chunks, and their staff from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third party's rights - including auditing domains without authorization to do so.

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to AudEsto at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms, abuses our infrastructure, or exposes us to legal risk. You may stop using the Service, or request account and report deletion, at any time.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Tool Chunks' place of operation, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of AudEsto should first be raised with us via the Contact Page so we can attempt to resolve it informally.

18. Modifications & Inquiries
